Pre-Order Conditions and FAQ's
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not yet in stock. Since we are hand blending our teas in small batches, this guarantees we have stock available when orders are placed, and allows us time to inform the farmer or supplier when our stock is low.
Why should I pre-order?
Purchasing a pre-order item is a great way to secure an item and avoid sell outs! We also offer a discount on pre-orders since you are waiting.
How does a pre-order work?
To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. When the ingredients arrive in our kitchen, we will blend, package and ship the item within two business days. The estimated shipping time differs based on the pre-order item you are purchasing and when it is available. Please check your emails for delivery updates
How do I know if an item is a pre-order?
All pre-order items will be marked "pre-order" and will have an estimated shipping date in the description.
Due to COVID and because the item has not yet reached us or may be low in stock, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount immediately.
